About the Founder
Marc Kahlberg, has established and commanded various special
Police units in Israel and trained International elite police agencies
and departments from around the world. Marc was twice awarded
with the highest national honors in intelligence and detective work
by the Israel National Police.
Marc was the police foreign affairs unit advisor to visiting law
enforcement agencies from around the world from 2002 - 2005.
He has advised and trained thousands of International law
enforcement officers, private security officials and senior high
level Israel national police officers, while assisting in writing both
white papers and various policing policy.
Marc wound up an exemplary career in the Israel National Police by
being honored with the position of National Police foreign press
spokesman in 2005 leading up to and during Israel’s
disengagement from Gaza.

Success
“MK ISC” together with various partners from around the world, were
directly involved in the security policy and procedure set up for the
2010 Soccer World Cup in South Africa.
The facilitation and sale of unique technology was brokered directly by
“MK ISC” for this major event.
The world cup soccer held in South Africa in June/July 2010, in the wake
of the extremely high crime rate, was a global security success story
for “ MK ISC” and an event of note in that the provisions of extensive
know how, knowledge and technology provided to both the various
agencies and the private sector excelled in all aspects of security
implementation.
Marc was commissioned by the South African Police Service as an
official, external consulting expert in 2006.
Amongst other successful global projects that MK ISC has completed, the
security auditing and assessment of various Cities in Europe, India,
Israel and the USA.

Facilitation
“MK ISC” founder, Marc Kahlberg takes pride in the fact that he
was directly involved in re-establishing Homeland Security
relations between Israel and South Africa in the years leading
up to the Soccer World Cup. He co-organized, together, with
the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Israeli Ministry of Trade
and Industry and the Israel Export Institute, as well as with the
South African Embassy in Tel Aviv, the “2010 Soccer World Cup
and Beyond” Security Conference in Johannesburg, where he
spoke as a keynote speaker and facilitated the visit of 35
leading Israeli security companies and their business
involvement in South Africa as well as arranging over 900
business to business and business to government meetings.

Lecturing as a key note speaker at the “1st Crowd Control Conference” in South

International Safe City conference held in Tel Aviv in December 2009, Marc
has managed to create the integration of Security into Safety – Technology

Marc is respected as an authority on preventative security methods. He was
nominated for the prestigious State of Florida “Security Innovation” award for
the implementation of the “Kahlberg Plan”, a secure zone concept created and
developed in March 2002 and now implemented and used Globally.

FBI, Florida Sheriffs Department and many more in the USA, Marc has a
