Dear Parents / Guardians,

Year 3 and Year 4 are planning a trip to Souq Waqif and MIA Park. The children will be going on different
days:

- Year 4P and 4H – Sunday 24 February

- Year 3H and 3E – Monday 25 February
- Year 3P and 3S – Tuesday 26 February
- Year 4E and 4S – Wednesday 27 February

Buses will leave the school at 08.00am prompt and return by 1.30pm. Pick up time is as normal.

The total cost of the trip will be QR25. This includes the fee for the bus.

The children may bring spending money for an ice cream, they should wear their school uniform with hat
and bring a packed lunch with drink.

Please complete the attached slip and return it to your child`s class teacher, together with QR25 payment,
no later than Sunday 17 February

I give permission for my child to participate in the educational visit/sporting event and the range of
activities as described. I understand that while the school staff in charge will take all reasonable care of
my child, they and Park House English School cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury
suffered by him/her or their belongings arising during the school visit provided staff have not been
negligent. I give consent for my child to undergo medical examination and emergency medical treatment
should this be required. I confirm that the medical and contact information held by the school are correct.
