    DATE June 18, 2018

    In an effort to bring together different education stakeholders to generate commitment and


    support for the different programs and projects of the Department of Education, the
    City Schools Division of Dasmariflas will conduct the 2018 Division Education Summit on
    July 24, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. at Villarosa Hall, 4F Angelo King Building, De La Salle Health
    Sciences Center.

    2. Each school is enjoined to send seven (7) attendees to the event composed of the following:
    a. School Head
    b. Partnership Focal Person (ASP/SHS Coordinator)
    c. PTA president or representative
    d. LGU representative
    e. Three (3) Adopt-a-School and/or Senior High School Work Immersion partners

    3. Expenses relative to the conduct of the event will be charged to the Division MOOE subject
    to the usual accounting and auditing procedure.

    4. For any related question or concern, you may contact the Social Mobilization and Networking
    Unit of the School Governance and Operations Division at (046) 432 3629 loc. 218 or email
    annekatherine.cortezdeped.gov.ph .

    5. Immediate dissemintion of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
