EXAM: Lumbar Series

VIEWS: AP Lumbopelvic, Lateral
Lumbosacral, AP Lumbosacral Spot, AP
Lumbar
FINDINGS: The radiographic examination demonstrates proper alignment of all osseous structures. There is a
vertically oriented radiolucent line seen extending through the L3 pars interarticularis. Remaining bony
structures demonstrate normal size, shape and density. Joint spaces are well maintained. Soft tissues are
unremarkable.

IMPRESSIONS:
1. L3 Spondylolysis without Spondylolisthesis
RECOMMENDATIONS:
1. Conservative Management recommended.
