Dear Blue Valentine, Scarlet Snow, and Red Sparrow,

It has come to me, the new owner of Lot No. 1234 and the residential house,
that the contract of lease you have executed with Apple Corporation will still expire
on January 1, 2020. However, as the present owner of said premises, I am giving
you two weeks to vacate the same from receipt hereof. With regard to the monthly
rentals you already paid for the period of March 1 2017 until January 1, 2020 or
until the expiration of the contract of lease, I am willing to reimburse the same.
