INFORMATION

The undersigned Associate Prosecution Attorney II accuses

Desdie S. Samer of the crime of SLIGHT PHYSICAL INJURIES,
committed as follows:

That on December 9, 2018 in the City of Cebu,

Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of the
Honorable Court, the said accused Desdie S.
Samer, started to flare up, accusing the
complaining witness of being a paramour of the
accused's husband, upon the arrival of the
complainant witness in Guidance Counselling
Room, the accused immediately attacked the
latter while uttering insults, she physically
assaulted the complaining witness, inflicting about
ten (10) different abrasions and contusions and
requiring medical attendance for a period of three
(3) to four (4) days.
