Access to valves, guages and fittings are adequate. 1.11 All gaskets are fitted and are correct to specification. 1.12 All tank trims are fitted and according to drawing. 1.13 Check nozzle
loading is not excessive. 1.14 Adequate clearance exists for removal of internals. 1.15 All bolting is tight and to specification. 1.16 Check earthing / grounding boss is fitted. 1.17 Check
orientation of all tank nozzles. 1.18 Check correct number of nozzles installed. 1.19 Confirm tank manufactured to specification requirements. Note: Tick all check item under OK -
