8:00 AM Begin rehearsal

9:30 AM Load trucks
10:00 AM Band and Guard check-in band room
10:15 AM Load buses
10:30 AM Depart LAHS for Independence High School*
11:15 AM Arrive Independence High School – Unload trucks and begin site set up.
Set up pit and sound system for warm up and sound check; Set up food tables
and Construct props.
11:30 AM Lunch: Bring a lunch, this is not provided by the Boosters
12:30 PM Group stretch
Uniform and hair volunteers set up carts
12:45 PM Change into uniforms
1:30 PM Warm up (Winds, Battery, Pit, Guard)
2:15 PM Visual warm up - Winds (Battery optional)
Load pit and move to stadium
3:20 PM Band performs
3:45 PM Section photos in uniform with Joan Yee
Change out of uniforms after taking section photo
Uniforms checked & stowed
Food servers on hand for final preparations
Dinner (after taking section photo)
5:30 PM Dinner Cleanup
Load trucks
Back to stands to watch remaining bands
7:15 PM Mountain View High School performs
9:30 PM Awards
10:00 PM Load buses
10:15 PM Depart for LAHS
11:00 PM Arrive at LAHS
Unload and return trucks
