    Dear Dr. Pariñas,

    With the necessity to transfer our patients to OB Surgical building, changes in our nursing
    service staff assignment will be made to facilitate the completeness in staffing pattern of our nurses who
    will be assigned in the area. With this, I would respectfully request from your good office the transfer of
    assignment of Mr. Jether Roi F. Dayrit from Public Health Unit (Animal Bite Treatment Centre) to
    Emergency Room. Also I would like to recommend Mr. Jessie B. Laurente to be the new Animal Bite
    Treatment Centre nurse in charge at Out Patient Department.

    Rest assured all necessary documents and functions will be properly endorsed to ensure that Animal Bite
    Treatment Centre will still function at its best capacity.
