THE COURT, upon the Motion of the Receiver, and being sufficiently
advised in the Premises, hereby Orders that the Motion is granted. The
Claim of the City and County of Denver is approved as follows:

2013CV30444 Liens 02/14/2019 $1,934,169.06

2013CV30918 Liens 02/14/2019 $75,024.05

Non-Judgment Liens 02/14/2019 $392,447.93

Total City of Denver Liens $2,401,641.04

Further, the Receiver is instructed to pay this amount as soon as funds

become available; however, the receiver is further instructed to hold back
such funds as the receiver believes necessary to fund future administrative
expenses of the estate until all orders in this matter are final and non-
appealable.
