MENU EXPLANATION:

1. Nicoise Salad
It’s cold appetizer made from slice of boiled potatoes, boiled of green bean, tuna fish
anchovy fillet, black olive, underline with lettuce, served with French Dressing. Garnish
with slice tomato, slice of black olive and hard boiled egg

2. Chicken Broth
It’s hot clear soup made from chicken stock, cube of chicken breast, carrot, turnip, leek,
celery, rice. Garnish with chopped parsley

3. Fillet Of Fish Meuniere


It’s made from pan frying of red snapper fish and serve with meuniere sauce. Garnish with
slice of lime
Meuniere sauce made from butter, chopped parsley, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt.

4. Butter Spinach
It’s made from boiled of spinach and sauté with butter, chopped shallot and garlic

5. Parsley Potatoes
It’s made from boiled of turning potatoes and sprinkles with chopped parsley
6. Fruit Cocktail
It’s cold dessert made from dice of fresh fruit such as pineapple, apple, peach, and papaya,
served with simple syrup.
Simple syrup made from boiled and siffed of sugar, rum, water, clove, and cinnamon stick.
Garnish with red cherry

It’s cold dessert made from cube boiled of papaya, pineapple, apple, peach, and served with
simple syrup.
