Lourdes Theresa Buaquen:

1. Visitacion v. People
- The facts must reflect and be clear on why Visitacion is
only meted with a fine.
- The issue should be specific to this case, not general.
- Doctrine Ok. Ruling Ok.
- Please make sure that everything is single spaced
- Margin 1.5 on the left

2. People v. Panerio
- The facts should already reflect why, according to the
accused, he interposed self-defense
- The doctrine should reflect only which element of self-
defense was not satisfied
- Black ink only, single spaced, and observe left margin

3. People v. Gabana
- Focus your digest on force and intimidation
- Abbreviate your doctrine, it should not be longer than
your ruling
- Observe single space

4. People v. Llamera
- Focus only on the last element of rape because the other
elements are not an issue
- Do not already include elements of a crime which are
not at issue to abbreviate your doctrine
- Be more specific in asking the issue. Do not ask general
questions like “Is he guilty?”

5. People v. Urmaza
- What facts make the rape a simple one? Please reflect
the same including the contentious issue.
- Lacks discussion on what qualifies rape.
