February is National Arts Month and the heritage is not complete without celebrating
and recognizing each talent and that contribute to the richness of the local culture. In
the Philippines, National Arts Month is celebrated every February to promote Philippine
arts, including music, dance, visual arts, architecture, film, and literature. This was
declared by then President Corazon Aquino through Proclamation No. 683, signed
January 28, 1991. This year’s activities include the ANI NG SINING FILM FESTIVAL 2018 that
will be held at For a Cinema, Tagaytay this coming March 6, 2019.

We, Artistang Gapo, will represent Olongapo City in the said event. We already have
an entry entitled “GINTONG BINHI”, a romantic drama story of a farmer who eventually
fall into a foreign woman. In this line, we would like to borrow a vehicle that can
accommodate 15 persons that will attend the one-day event (film festival) in Tagaytay.

Your approval to lend a vehicle (Olongapo - Tagaytay |Tagaytay – Olongapo) will be

very much appreciated for it will be of great help to our youth to develop and explore
their skills and talent in everywhere.
