Description of Service Required Documents

15. A copy of inheritance certificate for heirs if (lessor) is deceased.
16. A copy of Power of Attorney attested by Notary Public for legal agent and
Emirates ID.
17. A letter from bank or bank statement mentioning Plaintiff’s IBAN (International
Bank Account Number) in case of monetary claims.

Fact).
11- File an eviction lawsuit over restoration or comprehensive maintenance - Evidence stating that the condition of the Real Property is verified by a technical report issued by or
attested to by Dubai Municipality.
- Lessor’s Notice to Lessee through Notary Public or Registered Post twelve (12) months prior to the
date set for eviction.

1-File a lawsuit obliging the Lessee to pay rent amount Submitting cheques and bank’s cheque return memo in addition to the capacity of signatory of cheques

4- File a lawsuit claiming fine for dishonoured cheques Submitting cheques and bank’s cheque return memo in addition to the capacity of signatory of cheques
and his/her relationship with the Lessee.

5- File a lawsuit claiming rent increase A copy of Rental Increase Calculator index taken from Real Estate Regulatory Agency – RERA website,
stating the rent in the area, and copies of previous contracts, if they were renewed, in order to determine
the starting date of the first contract and the last rent increase.
