1- File an eviction lawsuit over failing to observe any obligation imposed on the Lessor’s Notice to Lessee to fulfil the obligation or term within 30 days of its receipt

Fact).
11- File an eviction lawsuit over restoration or comprehensive maintenance - Evidence stating that the condition of the Real Property is verified by a technical report issued by or
attested to by Dubai Municipality.

1-File a lawsuit obliging the Lessee to pay rent amount Submitting cheques and bank’s cheque return memo in addition to the capacity of signatory of cheques
