Proposed Constitution of the Forum

1. Name of the forum:

‫المنتدى للغة و الثقافة العربية‬
Arabic language and Cultural Forum
2. Statement of Purpose:
The Forum will promote Arabic language and culture in the global
perspective. It will aim to meet the objective through weekly social circles,
general gatherings, weekly meetings, campus life, discussion board, and
more.

3. Membership:
The membership of the forum will be open to all.
A membership performa will designed to register students and faculty as
members of the forum.
The members will be assigned a registration numbers too.
Director HR will be responsible to prepare the membership record.
The membership will be suspended in case of disciplinary issues.
For electoral process, only the members will be permitted to vote.

4. Organizational Structure:
As the forum comprises faculty and students hence a hybrid organizational
structure is proposed. The executive board will be elected/selected from the
members (faculty & students).
The posts are:
A. President, General Secretary, Treasurer:
B. Six Directors: Publicity, Co-ordination, Events, HR, Social Media,
Liaison
C. Impeachment: In case the duties are not fulfilled, the opinion of the
collective body will be sought. The officer will be given a chance to
revert.
5. Amendments:
Any member of the forum will be able to suggest amendments in
writing.
It will be submitted to the executive body before presenting to the
house.
