Asian Paints Ltd. has initiated the Summer Internship Program for MBA Class 2018-20. Selection process
for SIP commences with online test. Those who pass shall be interviewed. Further process would be executed
via campus selection to be held on Jan-22nd 2019. Venue to be finalized by the company. Those who perform
well may be considered for PPO.

Note - Those who perform exceedingly well during summer project shall earn Pre Placement Offer but those
who don’t yet has done well, shall have an added advantage during screening process - Final Placement.

Details of the recruitment process as follows:-

DATE  Saturday, Jan-19th 2019 – Online test

 Tuesday, Jan-22nd 2019- Those who qualified the online test shall be
appearing for the final selection round

TIME  Saturday, Jan-19th 2019 - 9.00A.M

 Tuesday, Jan-22nd 2019-Shall be communicates to the qualifiers
VENUE  Online test - HBS Computer Lab
 Final selection round – Venue shall be intimated

CRITERIA  LOB - Sales and Marketing

 Applicant must possess a Graduate Degree in any stream.
 Applicant should have scored a minimum of 50% marks in Graduation,
12th and 10th.
 Graduation must be through a full time, regular day course without any
backlog. Students with backlogs/arrears are not eligible to apply.
 Applicants with a diploma but no graduation degree will not be
considered.
 Age: Below 25 years only.

INTERVIEW PROCESS  Online Test (short listing done by the company)

 Those who qualified the online test shall be appearing for the final
selection round

REMUNERATION  CTC 5.8 L.P.A + Incentive
