    The 23rd Annual Spring Spanish and Latin American Colloquium will take place from February 7-9. It will feature panels and workshops on innovative Spanish pedagogy and Spanish for various professions. Panel I on February 7 will focus on innovative teaching methods and feature two presentations on teaching literature in a second language. Panel II on February 8 will focus on Spanish for the professions and include talks on language and Latino health and using journalism and design to promote cultures. Hands-on workshops will be held on February 9 on teaching grammar creatively and medical Spanish situations.
