possibility of hiring actors for our
production (music video- Nikki – Logic)

Theo- Creating location recces to find an

ideal and appropriate location for our
production

Ben- Creating and drawing storyboard for

our music video, this involves all our input
as well as having Juras looking behind the
lyrics meaning to find ways to present this.

Jordan- Creating production schedule

which will ensure all of the crew knows
their tasks day by day as well as
documenting when this is going to
happen. Creating crew list to ensure has a
desired job role which they will enjoy. As
well as adding actors when conformation
is received.
13th Feb Juras- checking emails every so often, just
in case we receive information on actors
from the drama department that would
be willing to present our production, how
we originally envisioned (Rap music video
– Nikki – Logic)

Theo- Finish location recess to allow

development for crew list as well as
production schedule and story board

Ben- Finished as well as sent the story

board for our music video (Nikki by Logic)
Is also now starting the shooting script to
ensure actors once conformation is
received know their purpose on set as well
as where to go and when (directions)
 Jordan- Finish production schedule as well
as sending this to my team to allow them
to understand our production schedule for
both planning as well as production
(weeks 2 and 3 this will be also placed
onto solo production schedule)
14th Feb Juras- Ensuring actors know what song we
are using to present our rap music video
as well as their purpose in this and finally
where they need to meet us (with dates
and times as well as costumes or props
they need to bring)

Theo-checking for extra locations in case we aren’t

cleared to film in the original location as well as
this engaging us to think of other ideas to make
our production seem more professional which will
allow us to film our music video that includes all
codes and conventions within.

Ben- Ensuring that storyboard makes sense

as well as shooting script and we all agree
on this to gain clarity as a group that these
ideas will suit and convey are songs
message to viewers (Nikki by Logic)

Jordan- Adding any extra information

needed to production schedule e.g. extra
dates or any their tasks completed as well
as location of filming per day as well as
creating prop list with needed items for
this production e.g. camera, costumes,
lighting
15th Feb Juras- Has gained 100% clarity of us
receiving and having reliable actors that
are enthusiastic and hopeful in our rap
music video’s success (Nikki – Logic)

Theo- Making sure all location recces

needed look professional as well as being
accurate and suitable for production as
well as sending this to crew members
(Jordan, Juras and Ben)

Ben- Finishing both shooting script as well

as final check other of story board to
 ensure these both match and actors will
have a full understanding of the task as
hand.

Jordan- Ensuring that both production

schedule is 100% up to date with actors
names, filming locations and accurate
dates that us as a group all agree on and
understand as well as doing the same with
the crew list to ensure actors names, dates
and crew are all listed accurately
