Summary:

Good customer handling skills and basic knowledge in data center technologies like
Server/Storage/Network, working in a 24/7 environment.
Primary Responsibilities:

Working in 24/7 environment, supporting enterprise customer Data Centre Technologies.

Monitoring Infra monitoring tools, consoles, mailbox and ticketing in ITSM tool.
Receiving customer calls and logging tickets in ITSM tool.
Event management for the tickets, following up with internal teams, customers and vendors.
Responsible in meeting resolution SLA.
Prepare reports - daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
Follow standard help desk procedures.
Routing calls / cases to respective teams Skill based routing.
