A very good afternoon I bid to the honourable judges and teachers.

We are from
the negative team. First, let me introduce to you our team. My name is Hasliza
Binti Mokhri as the first speaker. This is Wan Azma Bt Wan Noh as the second
speaker and Kiew Hui Yee, the third speaker.

The motion today is TEACHER’S WORKLOAD THESE DAYS A BURDEN?

We agree with the definition given by the affirmative team. However, we the
negative team believe that this statement is false.

Today, as the first speaker, I will be talking to you about why we have to key in
the self-acess assessments. Our second speaker will be talking about PBS
assessments and PT3. And our third speaker will rebut, give a last point and
sum up our team case.

The first speaker of the affirmative team has tried to tell you that TEACHER’S
WORKLOAD THESE DAYS A BURDEN. This is wrong.

Now I shall discuss my point. Am strongly say that self-acess assessments is

needed for us. This is because, these assessments actually is a part of our
performance assessment or better called e prestasi. This will overall give us a
total score at the end. It is good because we are making sure that we need to do
our work based on what we have filled in. It is like a check list. We will become
more organized and responsible. So, I don’t think this is a problem.

So, teachers, our team truly believes that a teacher’s workload is not a burden
because technology has advanced our education. So, we are actually utilizing
technology to give a better job performance. Thank you.
