New DBCT regulations and Vetting form being adopted with focus on HMPE Mooring ines to be inspected by DBCT on vessels next visit in 2018 and mandatory as 1 Jan 018. Any vessel that does not provide DBCT 14 or 10 day eta notice as per Charter Party may be penalised with the Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal not accepting the Vessel until 14 - 10 days later from the initial notice on fixing. DBCT will only place the vessel in load queue as from 14 — 10 days on receipt of the first eta notice ..ie if a vessel is fixed prompt within a 10 day ETA notice of arrival, then terminal will consider this is the first notice and adjust for a full 14/ 10 days from this first notice... and any vessels arriving between the dates may obtain queue priority subject to acceptance of NOR by the coal shippers themselves.
