DEPARTMENT OF MICROBIOLOGY AND MOLECULAR GENETICS

ADMISSION NOTICE
The following candidates have been selected for the admission to BS for the academic session 2018 subject to the following conditions:

1 Any candidate who is found at any time to have obtained admission by making any mis-statement in the Admission Form or by wilful concealment of any material fact (particularly about marks

division, previous admission to the department or employment, explusion, conviction: etc.) shall be droped from the roll of the Department.

2 Studetns shall pay their dues up to 17.10.2018 after obtaining necessary challan forms from the Department office, before the close of banking hours. Those who do not deposit
their dues within this period shall lose their right to admission. Students must submit orginal documents (Matric, F.Sc) at the time of admission and also submit the Affidavat of Rs.50/- to the Department at the time of Admission.

3 The Department reserves the right to correct any typographical error, omission, etc.

4 * If selected students who did not submit the hard copy of their documents in the Department through courier must provide one set copies of their following documents i.e. Matric, F.Sc. ID Card/B-Form,
character certificate, 03 passport size pictures at the time of collecting challan form from the Department. If student feels that his/her name is not mentioned in the merit list/ill-eligible list he/she may contact
the Department of MMG.
