__**This isn't the most popular fact..., but if NOTHING here fixes your issues and
no one in #spoof-help can't help...**__
**__The LAST resort is to do a factory reset. This should solve most issues with
spoofing unless you cant downgrade google services ;)**__
__**Check List**__
__**All other Android Devices (Non Samsung)**__
```1. Install FGL Pro. Don't open it (Install Ad free one)
2. Go to security settings and disable device admins. (Turn off Find My Device)
3. Open Settings and find Google Services
4. Settings > Apps > Google Play Services > Storage, Clear Cache and Data
5a. Open FGL Pro and it will tell you to downgrade Google Services.
5b. Either write down or screenshot the info that it gives you
```Example-
Your phone info:
VERSION RELEASE: 8.0.0
CPU_ABI: arm64-v8a
Screen: 560dpi```
5c. Before Uninstalling Services, write down what version you have atm (this info
will be helpful when looking for your version)
- An example, mine is 12.7.74 (090408-XXXXXXXXX) **The numbers behind the - are not
needed**
5d. Uninstall Google Play Services Updates
__- If your Google Services is already below 12.6.85, Update and then start again__
6. Install Google Play Services Update 12.6.85
- <https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/google-play-services/google-play-
services-12-6-85-release/>
- So If I was going to select mine, I would have to pick the one that includes my
info
- So with the info I have, I would pick 12.6.85 (090408-197041431), arm64-v8a +
armeabi-v7a, Android 8.0+, 480dpi
- The dpi does not have to be exact, just select the one thats the closest to yours
7. Clear cache and data of Google Maps
8. Uninstall or Disable Maps (If you are back here from issue solving, do the one
you didnt do the first time)
9. Disable Auto Updates in the Google Play Store
10. Enable High Accuracy in Location settings
11. Enable Dev Options
- Settings > About Device > Tap Build Number 7 Times
12. Open Developer Options and set FGL Pro as the Mock Location App.
13. Open FGL Pro and allow all permissions
14. Time to set FGL Pro settings
15. Click on the gear on the top right
- Make sure secure mocking is **ON**
- Turn off Auto Fix
- If one method doesn't work, try the other 2
- Go to Gaming security settings and tick the Helper banner
- Click on a location on the map to make sure you can see the banner (If not force
close FLG and reopen it)

**Error 11 Fix**
- This is normal while spoofing, so just Move the Joystick
- If moving the JoyStick does not get rid of Error 11, Try the other FGL Spoof
Methods
- Try playing on Mobile Data rather than Wifi
**Error 12 Fix**
If this is a constant error, STOP SPOOFING RIGHT AWAY
- Make sure to enable secure mocking
- Make sure app is selected in Dev Options Mocking Location
- Try FGL Pro from Google play store if you are using @Biff627's Ad free Version
- If none of these work, I recommend trying another Fake GPS app (search "fake
gps" in the store and choose one)
- You could try <https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?
id=com.incorporateapps.fakegps_route> but its not free
**Unable to Authenticate!!!**
- The root cause (haha) of this issue seems to be the phone was previously rooted
and POGO is detecting this.
- Another cause is having the wrong google play services installed. So uninstall it
and make sure you have the right one!
**- Refer to Steps 5-6 to make sure you have the right version** **Pick whatever
guide best fits you**
- If that isnt the case, try clearing cache and data of POGO
- If that doesnt work, uninstall and reinstall POGO and reboot
- Last resort..... It seems that a factory reset might help! (Yea I know...
Ouch....)
