SUBJECT: QUOTATION FOR MANPOWER ON HIRE

Dear Sir,

As per our discussion regarding hire of manpower for your project. Please find our proposal for your kind
consideration.

CONDITIONS

Hour of work : Above rates are based on minimum 8 working hours a day, 26 days a
month.

O.T. : Extra hours will be calculated as overtime @ 125% of the given rates,
work on Friday will charge as @150 % respectively and Public official
holidays will be calculated as @200 % of the given rates.
Ramadan : In the month of Ramadan, Duty hours shall be 6 hours a day as per
Timings Kuwait labor law, Beyond 6 hours shall be considered as normal
overtime.
Facilities : Transport and Accommodation, PPE and food shall be provided by
main contractor
Mobilization : Within 5 working days from the date of signing contract for local hire
and 45 days for hire outside the country

Demobilization : 45 days’ notice in advance.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. On accepting the offer, you will require to sign agreement with the main supplier and give a guarantee
cheque
2. Main Contractor shall provide Safety general (PPE) to the Tradesmen supplied at the site.
3. All kind of tools and tackles shall be provided to the tradesmen by the main contractor
4. In accepting our offer you under take to ensure that all operatives engages will only be required to carry
out their work in compliance with internationally accepted health and safety standard and the Health and
Safety regulations of Kuwait.
5. Timesheet – monthly approved timesheets to be forward through email to the supplier to (H.M.S) Dept.
by the main contractor within 3 working days of each month after cut of date.
6. Supplier shall provide workmen compensation insurance.
7. Main contractor should provide accident, Safety & Health Insurance on Duty or late O/T hours in side
security Zone on project site, as per the company rules.
8. Gate pass for the security zone shall be arranged by the main contractor whereas necessary documents
shall be provided by Supplier
9. Offer is valid for a period of 7 days from the date of this quotation.

PAYMENT TERMS:

1. Payment shall be paid within 15 days after submission of invoice.
