2. PPL – 8000/- (Cash) + 1,09,000/- Lacs (DD/Cheque/ RTGS)

SPL Documents:
1. PCC (Police Clearance)
2. Class II Medical Assessment
3. 10th – Pass Cert. & Mark sheet & LC or Birth Certificate & Board Verification.
4. Adhar Card / Pass Port
5. 4 Photograph (70% Face Visible) Name Ambos’ (as per 10th M/s) (Passport size)

FOR ISSUE OF SPL LICENCE

1 Copy of Police NOC

2 Copy of Valid Medical Assessment
3 Copy of 2 photo
4 Copy of 10th Class Passing Certificate & Mark Sheet
5 Copy of Birth Certificate OR School leaving
6 Copy of Addhar Card OR Passport
7 SPL exam Fee
8 Advance flying fees for 40 hrs

REQUIREMENTS FOR FRTOL(R) ISSUE

1. ORIGINAL SPL LICENCE AND COPY.

2. ORIGINAL Medical Assessment

3. ORIGINAL 10th Class passing certificate & mark sheet with attested
copy AND attested copy of Birth Certificate for verification of Date of
Birth. (If the Birth Certificate is not available, provide School leaving
certificate attested copy)

4. Two IMPRINT passport size photographs.

5. ORIGINAL of FRTOL(R) written exam result
6. ORIGINAL FRTOL(R) examination Question & Answer sheets.
7. ORIGINAL Board Verification of 10th Class passing certificate & Mark
sheet.
8 Copy of Police NOC
9. Receipt of the payment of Rs. 5,000/- for issue of FRTOL(R)
