Potable Water Distribution system is been designed for fulfilling required water and fire demand for the
development activities planned in the proposed landscape areas within the development limits of the
project.. Current design is based on the substantially more robust than its current system in principles of
integrated water resource management.

The key features for this projects with regards to sustainability is implemented in terms of reduced
water losses, reuse of used water.

The Overall concept developed by the urban planners in the previous competition consists of loop ring
system with use of pressurized system with diameters ranging from 160mm to 200mm.Fire hydrants
and different valves being implemented in proposed system based on standard criteria.

Potable and Fire Water distribution system for the Landscape areas will be integrated with the Overall
Primary Distribution system provided within the Utility Tunnel as Loop.
