Points Discussed during the management meeting held on date 26/02/2019

1. A visitor’s lounge area/ Conference room for the parents to be created in K.I.E.T , near the
reception area , floor tiles of the reception area if needed, then to be changed as per the
architect’s design, this meeting room should have high table chairs and not sofa with a glass
table.
2. Reception area renovation as per need to be done by the architect.
3. 4 inches thick mattresses to be procured along with one bed cover and one bed sheet and
one pillow and one pillow cover for all the 1st year students (boys and girls both) and the
extra charges for the same are to be added into the hostel fees.
4. Hostel Fee inclusion list to be provided to every student along with the hostel fee receipt.
5. Laundry system to be re-introduced into the campus and its setup to be established.
6. Interior for the 1st year boys hostel room to be finalized and 2 sample rooms for the same to
be prepared along with the cost estimation after the finalization of 3D view of room by the
architect.
7. Cleanliness meetings to be held with the wardens and the cleanliness supervisor and
cleanliness contractor to review the hostels, also a meeting with the canteen and mess
contractor to be held next.
8. Air Conditioning of all the classrooms to be done according to the type of the system
(window/split/VRV) along with its appropriate wiring , panel and circuit system design for
efficiency.
9. New boys Hostel student rooms should have window ac design near the balcony windows,
and the electrical drawing to be revised accordingly for the same.
10. Electricity cost calculation has to be done for A.C accommodation rooms of the new boys
hostel and the charges for the same to be set in the hostel fees charged to the students for
those A.C rooms.
11. College Parking Area to be properly maintained and marked.
12. College damaged Kerb Stone has to be repaired.
13. Window Curtains for the existing 2nd, 3rdand 4th year college hostels to be improved.
14. T.B.I building side entrance glass has to be rectified.
15. T.B.I building conference hall electrical wiring has to be rectified.
16. Meeting/Conference room for the Director Office has to be improved in reference to the
electrical wiring and and the wall hanging boards to be removed.
17. Medical/Accidental group insurance policy provision for the students to be checked if
possible.
18. New possible action plan for AC discharged water on building to be formulated by the help
of the architect.
19. LED screen provision, if possible to be made inside the college canteen.
20. Registrar office layout to be discussed by the architect for proper space utilization and
seating area for the students to be provided in the same.
21. Purchase and store area to be improved by means of plants and graffiti (wall Paintings).
22. Civil Engneering department performance to be reviewed.
23. Cost Calculation for the existing A block shed structure to be done and reviewed before
dismantling.
