DRESS BLUES INSPECTION

This is our last chance to get dress uniform issues squared away for the annual inspection in February. WE all
lose points for uniform discrepancies. We were # 2 in the nation and it is a tight race, any lost points will keep us
from #1. This includes uniform discrepancies, and ATENDENCE at the annual inspection. This is all in your hands.
Admin and records are on the staff. Last year we had a 4.0 on all records for both units. Please remember that
haircuts need to be in accordance with regulations!

MEDALS AND RIBBONS

For those of you with medals and ribbons, here is the proper wear.: Medals are to be worn on the left side, if
you have ribbons that do not have an associated medal, you wear the TOP 6 ONLY on the right side and NO
name tag (Example: you have a VFW medal, you wear that on the left side but you do not wear the VFW ribbon
on the right, but the top 6 ribbons.

If you have no medals just were your ribbons as normal.

ANNUAL INSPECTION
February 17th is the most important day of the year for our unit, Annual Inspection!!! We will have our unit
records and personnel inspected. Last year we were #2 in the nation as a combined unit, and we are shooting
for #1 this year! This can only happen if you are there! We lose points on attendance at the inspection for every
cadet in the unit not present. We are asking parents to set aside February 16th and 17th to support the unit by
having your cadet present and uniforms/hair squared away.
