SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Know all Men by These Presents:

I, ANDRES B. GOLBE, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a

resident of 45 Emerald, Street, Bernabe Subd, Sucat, Parañaque, City,
Philippines, do hereby name, constitute and appoint my sister,
VICTORIA G. BALDAZO, also of legal age, Filipino, married, and a
resident of Brgy. Magnangoy, Hilongos, Leyte, Philippines, to be my
true and lawful attorney-in-fact for me and in my name, place and
stead to do and perform the following acts and deeds.

1. To authorized my attorney-in-fact to file and sign my petition

for correction of entry for the Local Civil Registrar, Hilongos,
Leyte for the correction of my year of birth at the Regional
Trial Court, Branch 18, Hilongos, Leyte;

2. To authorized to appear in my behalf, all and every

proceedings when the case is called for trial including pre-
trial;

3. To sign in my behalf the verification and certification of non-

forum shopping and such other pertinent papers necessary
thereto.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-

fact full power and authority to do and perform all and every act
requisite or necessary to carry out and into effect the foregoing
authority as I might or could lawfully do it if personally present and
hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall
lawfully do by virtue thereof.
