Objective

 Responsible for the overall successful operation of the Admissions and Recruitment processes
for Central Arizona College, and the Pinal County Community College District of eight college site
locations

performance expectations
 Responsible for CampusNexus CRM integration, development and management for college
district, as lead administrator for CRM system and software

non-traditional students
 Develop marketing tools, strategies, and implementation practices for the admissions and
recruitment department
 Develop, implement and manage an annual operational plan including annual student
recruitment plan for the district and ensure its implementation and evaluation
 Lead the admissions component for strategic planning and operational compliance to ensure
institutional budget allocation necessary for effective admissions objectives
 Develop, manage and implement current and new recruitment procedures within department,
including the continues training and development of district recruitment and outreach staff

Central Arizona College
 Work closely with local area school officials to strengthen and maintain relationships with
Central Arizona College District and to develop success initiatives and early outreach
programming for new students
 Work closely with Central Arizona College student services leadership team in the areas of
registration, financial aid & scholarships, academic advising, placement testing, new student
orientations, disability resources, residence life, and student engagement & leadership, to
ensure collaborative efforts for student success
 Manage the Veterans Education Benefits Program for the district, including student Veterans
Center
 Managed experiential learning and internship development components for the college district
 Current instructor for community education courses series on social media, iPad’s, and
Smartphones
 Central Arizona College Trust Edge Leadership Development Program – Certified Trainer and
