    Respected Sir,
    I am writing to let you know that I am resigning from my position as the
    pharmacist at South East Hospital Pwd. As you may know, my family and I are moving to
    Pennsylvania this spring. My last day of work at the pharmacy will be March 15, 2019.
    Please accept this letter as my official two weeks’ notice of resignation from South East
    Hospital Pharmacy Pwd. Thank you for your understanding.
