2. Defects letter received from your office after inspection on 22-01-2019 vide letter No: B—5458/18/EIQ dated
23.01.2019

The defects informed vide the above referred letter has been rectified and we may report the compliance as follows.
1. Neutral link is provided in GCP and DG neutral is earthed in duplicate from it.
2. Mechanical inter locking is provided for AMF unit.
3. All cable glands is earthed.
4. VDB is provided in the downstream of DG installation.
5. ELCB of 30mA sensitivity is provided in LDB.
6. Route marker is provided to UG cable.
7. Test report of energy meter and CT units tested under the name of installation is provided.
8. Unused openings in GCP is closed with insulating material.
9. Neutral earth pit of DG installation is identified.
10. Covering slabs is provided for all earth pits.
