 1.Supervise Staff and

ensure compliance with SOP.

2.Verify Bagging and cross TIGER AND

3.Verify Harvesting of
pollinated seed bunches.
RESEARCH
C2 4.Report and initiate
SUPERVISOR preventive/correction on
non comformities.

5.Plan field maintenance

schedule according to
agronomist
recommendation.

6.Maintain the pollination

and harvesting records.

7.Ensure the pollen ratio

that used is correct and no
wastage of pollen usage.

8.Compile daily bagging

,pollination and harvesting
records.

9.Maintain SDSMS ,SIRIM

MS157,ISO 9001 Quality
records up to date at all
time.

10.Monitor montly material

stock are sufficient.
11.Prepare montly checkroll
and report for field
operation activities .

12.Provide training to sub –

odinates for productivity and
discipline.

13.Mantain strict security

and good upkeep of
company property .

14.Promotes safety
awareness to ensure zero
accident.

15. Any other duties

requested by the
management.
