    Dear Dr. Fulgencio,

    Good day! I am writing to your good office to explain why it took me some time to accomplish
    my clearance form. On the process of completing my requirements after graduation, all the
    documents needed were lost and I must renew everything even the clearance form.

    Secondly, one of your staff told me that I should explain why I do not have any attendance on
    the following events, specifically Torch 2018 rehearsals since I am one of the personalities to
    perform in the event and we were not required to sign any attendance. Another is pre-
    employment, subsequently I have a job interview.

    Again, I apologize for the inconvenience I made by processing my papers late. Thank you very
    much for your kindness and consideration!
