DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

This Deed of Donation, made and executed in Sta. Mesa, Manila by
Polytechnic University of the Philippines Electronics Engineering
Department represented by Cassandra Yvonne Cofreros, Joennylyn
Damasco, Jeremy James Daquiz, Jeramie Lejano, Leovie Neil Saludes,
Engr. Ana Liza R. Publico, Engr. Jerwin M. Quiambao and Engr.
Geoffrey T. Salvador, Chairperson ECE Department; Filipinos of legal
age and residents of the Philippines herein after called the DONORS;

Filipinos of legal age and residents of the Philippines herein after called the
DONORS hereinafter called the DONEE;

WITHNESSETH

That the DONORS are the owner for the prototype in the researched
entitled BagAPS: UTILIZATION OF GRAMINEAE SACCHARUM
OFFICINARUM L. (BAGASSE) HEAT AS AN AUXILIARY POWER
SOURCE USING THERMOELECTRIC GENERATOR.
That DONEE had served as research locale for the prototype which
resulted to responding to the emergent problem the research is addressing
into.
Whereof, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the DONEE’S trust,
devotion and affection shown to the DONORS, and as an act of gratitude
and liberality, the DONORS hereby voluntarily GIVES, TRANSFERS, and
CONVEYS by way of donation, unto the said DONEE, the research
prototypes together as means of TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER with all the
improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances;

That the DONORS do hereby state for the purpose of giving effect to
this donation has reserved unto them sufficient property to support
appropriate manner to their station.

That the DONEE shall take responsibility of the donated system and
provide the proper care necessary for these projects.
 ACCEPTANCE

That the DONEE does hereby accept the electronic system

prototypes from the DONORS for which he/she expresses his/her sincere
appreciation and gratitude for the kindness and liberality shown by the
DONORS.
