From here they wil go rght, down the access ramp tothe ‘west tac, t+ wil then go rght down the stals .» roczed straight to the grassy quad between the Clarke and Romney buildings. ‘One teacher should grab the emergency backpack while the other teachers and children walk outside, not wating to pick up coats oF any other belongings. lf the weather is cold, one teacher should get children’s coats out of thelr lockers and then meet the other teachers _at the designated meeting place on the grassy quad ‘Once the children and teachers have exited the bul ty Supervisor will make sure al the children and teathers are out of the classroom, (Check under anc. situ, and inthe restrooms.) The Faculty Supervisor willbe the last person to exit the classroom. ‘As soon as the children and teachers are gathered together the grassy quad, the Lead Teacher should count all the children and teachers present. ‘The cass will wait on the grassy quad unt its determined itis safe or not to return tothe buldig ‘The cass will not enter the building until authorized by Campus Police or the Madison County Fie Department. ‘the building cannot be reentered, children and teachers wil congregated in the Smith foyer and families will be «alles to pickup their children from that location.
