INTRODUCTION
Behind every spectacular training session is a lot of preparation and meticulous attention to detail.
The truly skilled trainer can make a program exciting. The learners will have fun while they are
learning. The facilitator has been able to involve their emotions as well as their minds. You will see
the involvement, and you will feel the energy.
To reach this stage as an adult educator isn’t always easy, but success isn’t just for the naturally
gifted. It is possible for all of us who put effort into our personal growth and development, because
we want the enormous satisfaction that comes from working with others to help them reach their
potential as human beings. This three-day workshop is your start to that goal.
TERMINAL OBJECTIVES
After this course participants are expected to become:
i) Individuals who are competent in designing and delivering Competency-Based Training
programme.
ii) Confident, creative, innovative, systematic, charismatic and energetic individuals who
are able to conduct successful training programmes.
SESSION OBJECTIVES
At the end of this 5-day course, participants should be able to do the following:
1) Itemize, enumerate and explain the various characteristics of adult learning principles as
per research by Kolb as well as Honey & Mumford.
2) Identify various methods of doing Training Needs Analysis and demonstrate how to apply
them.
3) Explain and describe the model of designing a training course as per our recommendation
and demonstrate they are able to apply by producing a training program of their own.
4) Demonstrate how to deliver a training program using various methodologies such as our
own as well as Georgi Lozanov’s and creating tools for their presentation.
5) Prove that they are really able to make a good presentation utilizing all the methodology,
tools and concepts that were given to them for the whole program.
