It applies anywhere in the world where corto evalable hrough'a Gum detibutr ork Brand © Sot Gana noe ‘COVERAGE: ‘This warranty covers any failures of parts on or after December 1, 1986, which result, under normal use and service, from defects jn workmanship or material (Warranable Failures). The coverage extends six months from the date of fst instalation, ‘This warranty continues to all subsequent Owners until the end of the period of coverage. ‘CUMMINS RESPONSIBILITIES: ‘Cummins wit pay forall parts and labor needed to repair the damage othe engine resuiting from the Werrantable Failure labor ‘cools wil e,pald in aocerdance with Cummins publehed Siandaré Ropar Time guidelines ‘Cummins will pay forthe lubricating ol, antieeze, filter elements, and other maintenance itoms that are not reusable due to the ‘Warrantable Failure. ‘Cummins will pay reasonable labor costs for engine removal and reinstallation when necessary to make the warranty repalr. ‘OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES ‘Ate time wiven the parts are installed, Owner is responsible fr the preparation of a written record containing the fllowing: (1) the date of instalation ofthe pars; 2 the engine serial number, (the engine mies, hours or klemotes of operation; (@) Installed, and (6) the location of the pars in the engine.
