SENATE AMENDMENT TO S.B. NO. 1129

1 AMENDMENT TO SECTION 3
2 On page 3 of the printed bill, delete lines 20 through 25, and insert:
3 "(c) Dental therapy preventative treatment and preventative services
4 provided in a school or long-term care facility in an incorporated city
5 that is wholly or partially within or has a border contiguous to the
6 boundaries of a tribal reservation.".
