Scope of work: HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting.

 Checking the connection for AHU’s, FCU’s, chillers, pumps, Ducts and
chilled water pipes as approved in ( shop, coordination drawings)
 Installing chilled water pipes, fittings, valves, & insulation as approved ( shop,
coordination drawings)
 Installing Ducts, insulation and accessories (FD,VD, access doors, grills and
flexible connectors) as approved in ( shop, coordination drawings).
 Submitting RFI’s for Ducts (leakage test, smoke test).
 Executing the firefighting work on site as approved in ( shop, coordination
drawings)
 Installing firefighting pipes, sprinklers, fittings, valves (ZCV) in site with
NFPA CODES as approved in drawings.
  Submitting RFI’s for firefighting system ( pressure test, installation of pipes,
sprinkler location, number of sprinklers on each pipe due to pipe size)
 Supervising the firefighting installation and inspections which is done from
two teams in two different areas each team 4 labors (2 pipe fitters,1 helper,1
welder)
 Installing water supply pipes (Hot& cold), insulation, valves, water hammer
arrestors & fittings as approved in drawings
 Installing drainage system (RWP, soil pipe, vent pipe, waste pipe )
 Submitting RFI’s for drainage system( installation, hydro test and running test)
 Daily site supervising & Managing the productivity of labors by dividing them
due to their skills in project areas.
 Taking off quantity from drawings and making hold points measurements for
 (Firefighting , plumbing & HVAC)
