Dear Parents & Guardians:

Our off-site activity to YMCA Camp Chief Hector is less than a week away!
The bus will depart Bridlewood School at approximately 9 am on Tuesday, March 12.
Luggage can be dropped off in the gathering area beginning at 7:30 on Tuesday,
March 12.

Students are not to bring any food with them to Camp Chief Hector. Students are
welcome to bring a snack that can be consumed at school before we board the bus as
we will not be having lunch until 12:30 pm.

If your child is bringing any prescription medications or other medication, including

Advil and Tylenol, that will be required during the trip, please ensure that you have
accurately filled out the medical information form (Schedule A). All medication needs
to be brought to the school clearly labelled in a Ziploc bag with your child’s name and
dosing information on the morning of our departure. All medication will be given to
Ms. Steeves so that it can be appropriately stored and secured. With the exception of
Epipens and puffers, students are not to carry any medications with them in their
backpacks or luggage at any time.

We will depart the YMCA Camp Chief Hector site at about 12:30 pm on Friday, March
15, and plan to arrive back at the school about 2pm. Updates to this time will be sent
to parents through school messenger if needed. Please arrange to pick up your child at
this time as they will be tired and looking forward to seeing you.

A reminder that students are not to bring any electronic devices, including cell
phones, to outdoor school. They are welcome to bring a camera that is not a cell
phone.
