The Synergy Group, India has been in the Polymer Additives business for over two decades. Until
1999, Synergy Group operated three manufacturing plants One in Delhi and Two in Himachal

diversification strategy was initiated and work on business acquisition started to have a multi
location manufacturing plant allowing Synergy Group to become a fully integrated manufacturer of
additives and related specialty products for Polyolefin’s and Engineering Polymers

Synergy Group visualizes itself as an upper quartile performing company manufacturing Polymer
Additives in global perspective and always continues its crusade for the world class standards of
quality, productivity, and customer’s satisfaction.

The company is well known for its One-Pack system of Additives under the trade name of
"Synostab” “Synolub” “Synocom” “Synopact”. Synergy offers a very broad range of stabilizers
based on Pb, Ca-Zn, Ca-Org, Ba-Zn as well as other additives for all PVC applications.

The company's latest introduction is a group of heavy metal free stabilizer-lubricants system
(Ca/Zn based Stabilizer/Organic Based Stabilizer) for Pipes, Profiles, Cable, Footwear and Medical
applications. In 2005, a dedicated plant with state of art technology has been set up in India to
produce Calcium Zinc Stabilizers of International Quality. The Production capacity of the plant is
10000Mt/Year and expected to be doubled by end of 2007.Synergy Group (S.G) is committed to its
basic principle of "Customer Satisfaction”. Keeping pace with the time by virtue of adopting latest
technology and delivery of international quality products supports us to adhere to our basic

History

The Synergy Group, India has been in the Polymer

Additives business for over two decades. The
organization, originally known as Organo Vinyl Pvt
Ltd, was founded in Delhi, India by a team of
dynamic chemical engineers lead by Mr. S.L.Maggu
in 1986 with manufacturing of PVC heat stabilizers.
The company continued to grow & prosper under
the leadership of chairman, Mr. S.L.Maggu. Until
1999, Synergy Group operates two manufacturing
plants in Delhi, manufacturing heat stabilizers and
lubricants for PVC. Soon after, a diversification
strategy was adopted for the growth of the business
and accordingly multiloactional manufacturing
facilities were set up which , helped Syner Group to
become a fully integrated manufacturer of additives
and related specialty products for Polyolefin’s and
Engineering Polymers.
