"XTB Forex Race India 2010 "

§1
GENERAL RESOLUTIONS
1. The contest under the name of „ XTB Forex Race India 2010”, known later as „Contest” is organized within the
boarders of India.
2. The subject of the Contest is an Internet based investment game for physical persons, known later as “Contest”.
3. The Organizer of the Game is X-Trade Brokers India with headquarters in A-703, ‘215 Atrium’, Andheri-Kurla Road,
Andheri-(E) Mumbai 400059
4. The aim of the Contest is the popularization of the rules of investing on the derivatives markets.

§2
ORGANIZERS AND PATRONS
1. The Organizer of the Contest is X-Trade Brokers India with headquarters in A-703, ‘215 Atrium’, Andheri-Kurla Road,
Andheri-(E) Mumbai 400059, noted in the register of Entrepreneurs in the Polish National Judicial Register (KRS)
under the number KRS 0000217580, known later as “Organizer”.

§3
CONTEST PARTICIPANTS

1. Anyone who is over 18 years old, when the game starts on the 12 th of July 2010 and have been qualified to the
Contest by the Organizer can take part in the Contest.
2. Workers and authorized members of the Organizer, with addition to their closest family members, cannot take part
in the Contest.
3. Closest family members, which are mentioned in resolution 2, are understood as ascendants, descendants, siblings,
spouses, spouses’ parents and persons being adopted.

§4
CONTEST OBJECTIVE

1. The Person who is qualified for the Contest receives a virtual sum of 10 000.00 USD (in words: ten thousand USD,
Initial Capital), within the Organizers demo version of the contest account.
2. The sum mentioned in resolution 1, will be invested by the Participant by buying or selling derivatives, accessible in
the demo version of the Organizers transaction system (Electronic Order Placement System (EOPS)) with accordance to
prices in the transaction system.
3. The actual rate within the EOPS will be valid in all settlements.
4. The objective of the Contest Participants is the maximum increase of the Initial Capital from the moment of
inauguration until the end of the Contest, and obtaining the highest rate of return on the Initial Capital.
5. The participant who, after 6th of August 2010 at 7 pm. Mumbai time, achieves the highest rate on return on Initial
Capital wins the main Prize of the Contest.

§5
CONTEST CALENDAR

1. Contest application is served until 30th of July.


2. The beginning of the Contest is noted as 12th of July at 00:00 am Mumbai time.
3. The end of the Contest is noted as 6th of August at 7 pm Mumbai time.
4. The result, date, and method of prize awarding will be published on the www.in.xtb.com and other media.

§6
CONTEST ENTRY
1. Persons who are interested in taking part in the Contest can do so until 30th of July by filling in a special entry form,
which can be found on www.in.xtb.com.
2. Above mentioned persons should enter the following, in the entry form: name, surname, e-mail address, phone
number, city of residence, nickname.
3. The condition under which a person is liable to take part in the Contest and receive the prize, is the correct filling out
of all the information mentioned above necessary for applying. The person who does not do so is eliminated from the
Contest and loses the opportunity of winning the prize.
4. In the case of not applying on time, which is mentioned in resolution 1, the person is not qualified for the Contest.
5. The Organizer decides about the qualification of the participant.
6. The person who is qualified for the Contest receives an identifier (Login) and password, from the Organizer, enabling
the person to compete in the Contest. The participant should try to avoid giving the password to public notice. The
identifier and password will be sent to the E-mail address given in the entry form.
7. Every participant, within the Contest, may only have one Contest account within the demo version of the Organizers
transaction system.

§7
RULES OF THE GAME

1. The person who is qualified for the Contest will receive a virtual Initial Capital of 10 000 USD.
2. The Initial Capital is deposited on the virtual investment account, within the demo version of the Organizers
transaction system.
3. Accounts used are not interest bearing accounts.
4. The Initial Capital should be used by the Participant, for settlement of transactions on derivatives accessible within
the demo version of the Organizers transaction system.
5. Order placement is analogical to the Real version of the Organizers transaction system.
6. Detailed rules of placing orders have been described in „ Rules and regulations of rendering brokerage services and
executing orders in trading in financial instruments and maintaining related accounts and registers by X-Trade Brokers
Dom Maklerski Spółka Akcyjna”, available on the following website: www.in.xtb.com .
7. Detailed rules concerning investment within the Organizers Transaction System have been described on the following
website: www.in.xtb.com.

§8
INFORMATION REGARDING THE COURSE OF THE CONTEST

1. Every game Participant will take part in the Contest under a nickname, and his personal information will be
protected with accordance to the Polish act of Data Protection from 1997, and are left only to the Organizers
disposition.
2. During the Contest itself, the Organizer will publish a ranking of the best players, on the www.in.xtb.com and other
media, particularly those which are accessed by the Media Patrons to the Organizer.
3. When calculating the rate on return on the Initial Capital, needed for classifying the Participants in the ranking
during the time of the Contest, the current account worth as the Equity will be taken into account.
4. The Organizer can publish the Personal information of Participants only under their approval.
5. The Organizer stipulates his right to publish other information regarding the course of the Contest, apart from the
mentioned In resolution 2.

§9
EVALUATION OF WINNERS

1. The Contest Commission, on the basis of the value of clients’ investment accounts, will evaluate the winner.
2. The winner of the Contest is the Participant who, at the moment of Contest end on 6th of August at 7 pm Mumbai
time and after closing all positions, achieves the highest rate on return on Initial Capital.
3. If more than one Participant achieves the same rate on return, then the date of Contest Registration decides who
the winner is. If still not settled, then the Participant who made more transactions (in terms of lots) will be higher in
ranking.
4. Rate of return on the Initial Capital is evaluated as the multiplication of the Equity from the moment of closing a
position by the Organizer and the Initial capital subtracted by 1. Rate on return of the Initial Capital will be given in
percentage rate and will figure as follows:
Rate on return= ((Equity from the moment of closing a position by the Organizer/10.000) -1) x 100%
5. The final ranking, which is the basis of awarding the prize will be Published on www.in.xtb.com and other media.

§ 10
RULES OF PRIZE AWARDING

1. The main prize of the Contest will be awarded for 1st place.
2. The winner will receive trip for two persons to Grand Prix Singapore with flight tickets, accommodation and entry
tickets covered by the organizer(1st prize).
3. For achieving II or III place in the general classification, and also for places 1-3 in the „best weekly player” category,
prizes will be awarded.
4. „Best weekly player” is the person who achieves the highest percentage based rate on return In a given week – ex.
Between 00.00 on 12th of July 2010 until 7:00 pm Mumbai time on 16th of July 2010, then from 7:01 pm on 16th of July
2010 until 7:00 pm on 23rd of July 2010 and analogically to the end of the competition on 6 th of August 2010 at 7 pm
Mumbai time.

§ 11
CONTEST COMMISSION

1. The Organizer of the Contest calls up a Contest Commission, which is made up of the Organizers representatives.
2. The Contest Commission is in charge of the correct course of the Contest, publishing the ranking of Participants,
publishing the list of awarded Participants, the interpretation of this Rule Book and the adjudication in disputes.
3. In the case of violating the rules of this Rule Book, the Contest Commission will take action upon the Participant who
broke the rules, resulting in disqualification.

§ 12
COMPLAINT

1. Complaints regarding the final results of the Contest, could be announced through a letter of complaint to the
address of the Organizer, given in this Rule Book, within a 7 day period form result announcement.
2. The Letter of Complaint should consist of the following: name, surname, address and a detailed description of the
cause of the complaint.
3. All complaints will be resolved by the Organizer, within 10 days from handing in the complaint.
4. The decision of the Organizer with regard to the complaint is treated as final. The Participant will be informed about
the decision via certified letter.

§ 13
FINAL RESOLUTIONS

1. Prizes cannot be changed for a money equivalent.


2. The Organizer stipulates his right to publish the list of nicknames of the 10 Participants, who achieved the highest
rate on return from the investment, on www.in.xtb.com and other media.
3. Publishing the Personal information of Participants can only be done under their approval.
4. Applying for the Contest and taking part are an equivalent to the compliance to the regulations of this Rule Book.
5. The Organizer stipulates his right to the annulment of the Contest at any time without giving reasons for the
decision.
6. This Rule Book is accessible in the Organizers headquarters and www.in.xtb.com.
7. The Organizer stipulates the rights to place any changes to the Rulebook during the entire time of the contest
