Dear Sam,

Now I've seen the mail from you and the problem the company is facing. It is not so bad that I

can not be present at the proposed meeting. I have some difficulty sleeping because of the

agitated baby. She has stomach pains and I have to be careful about her as long as I can. I could

come to the firm in about two weeks, that is June 2. I'll even arrange the meeting room if I can.

I have new ideas and simple solutions.

I'm waiting for confirmation, Narinder.

Typical day at work:

In a typical day in my last position I fulfilled management tasks of opening and closing
the facility, as well as overseeing a staff of seven individuals. I like to meet first thing on
Mondays to discuss our priorities for the week, then meet again in the middle of the week to
check progress, and once at the end of the week to discuss goal setting for the next week. I
meet with smaller groups of my staff in the middle of the week to troubleshoot any issues. For
example, during a recent mid-week meeting, I noticed one team was a few days behind on a
long-term project. I met with the team and, together, we came up with a strategy for increasing
efficiency. Throughout the day I completed various administrative duties as well, including
answering phones, drafting documents and emails, filing and greeting customers. I also
provided strong customer service and resolved customer issues. As an in-school social worker,
my schedule varies widely every day. I spend most of my time in session with my clients. Finally,
I create a list of priorities for next week.

Dilemma : the virtue of necessity

Task 1 :
The Informational School of Industrial Engineering

Benefits - the special engineering courses proposed to employees will raise the quality of the
Transal pipeline company. There will be fewer accidents, a more profound specialization of the
job, and raising the morale of technical staff members because there will be more interested
buyers.

Disadvantage - too expensive, taking time, many conferences.

Sanford ,Traynor & Weldon Associates

Benefits -the personal traynors would give low level workers an opportunity to speak to experts
and to point out problems and for that the results will appear immediately and the publicity in
press will bring to the company many buyers.

Disadvantage - period of six months, complicated schemes, higher costs to the outside
consultants.

Safety Charity Challenge

Benefits - rising the amount of money by charity will eliminate the safety hazard, the employers
will be more motivated by doing their technical work. Lower costs and good publicity to press.
Employees will want more tasks at work and will want to learn as many as possible.

Disadvantage - don't knowing how long it will take to improve conditions.

Task 2:
In my opinion, the best option is by:

1. Allocating a sum of money and employing trainers specializing in problem solving

and company development.
2. More missions to work and their motivation through simple evolving schemes.
3. Every few months buy new equipment to facilitate an accessible work environment.
4. Promoting the company's in online advertising would bring more buyers.
5. After the evolution appears to increase wages.

Write it up
Conpany Transal,

It circulate informations that employers would want to give up and move elsewhere because of
to many accidents . I think these problems can be solved as long as there is a desire for
evolution and there is no idea of giving up. I suggest you to hire a few specialized people as
consultants and if needed I can offer you some names for some decent prices. As far as the
launch of the company is online, I think it is the best strategy on the current market. Being a
good IT assistant I think I can help you by creating a unique platform.

Mathematics has been one of my favorite subjects at school , and that's because of the
progress I have made. I was not passionate about mathematics until after Mrs.Maria. She was
so enthusiastic about mathematics, she simply loves it and so she is always willing to give her
time for meditation. When I had been anxious, she tells me we're gonna solve this, and she
stays for hours explaining the problems I did not understand. That helps me have more
confidence in me in school and after. I'm not saying the other teachers are not good because
they are, but when you have a teacher who inspires you and who really cares about you then
you see the difference.

Task 1:

-tourists visit the town because of the image of the japanese culture

-management decisions may cut jobs and this will be an economic disaster

- a new manager can affect the japanese workers loyality

- may have difficulty being accepted by japanese

-may do not understat the language

Task 2:
I think Nissan's new manager should be a balanced leader, know the Japanese culture, have no

communication difficulties with his employees and promote the company to his true value.

They should know the motivation techniques of employees, try new innovations to better

achieve their goals.

Task 3:
The assignment problem is one of the fundamental combinatorial optimization problems in the
branch of optimization or operations research in mathematics. It consists of finding a maximum
weight matching (or minimum weight perfect matching) in a weighted bipartite graph.
In its most general form, the problem is as follows:

The problem instance has a number of tasks. Any agent can be assigned to perform any task,
incurring some cost that may vary depending on the agent-task assignment. It is required to
perform all tasks by assigning exactly one agent to each task and exactly one task to each agent
in such a way that the total cost of the assignment is minimized.

If the numbers of agents and tasks are equal and the total cost of the assignment for all tasks is
equal to the sum of the costs for each agent (or the sum of the costs for each task, which is the
same thing in this case), then the problem is called the linear assignment problem. Commonly,
when speaking of the assignment problem without any additional qualification, then the linear
assignment problem is meant.

Strategies:

 Keep groups interested .

 Designate some group meetings.
 Use group resumes or skills inventories to help teams delegate subtasks.
 Assign roles (e.g., group leader, scheduler) or encourage employers to do so.
 Point employers to digital tools that facilitate remote and/or asynchronous meetings.
 Warn employers about time-consuming stages and tasks.
 Actively build communication and conflict resolution skills.
 Designate time in the project schedule for the group to integrate parts.

Short presentations pg 29
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen,

The purpose of my presentation is to introduce our new range of automobile engeenering. To

start with I'll describe the progress made this year. Then I'll mention some of the problems
we've encountered and how we overcame them. Everything went well with the development of
new technologies within the new engine. Buyers are very excited and we have orders until next
year. We need advertising in the online environment and the development of production
plants.

After that I'll consider the possibilities for further growth next year. Finally, I'll summarize my
presentation (before concluding with some recommendations). I plan to keep some time for
questions after the presentation.

May I thank you all for being such an attentive audience.

Task 1:
Proposal for Strategic leadership Council Meeting:

1. Product development approach: products will have to be better done and costs slightly lower
at least at the outset to attract new customers. merging the firm with a known brand would
help the beast lead many more interested in purchasing the products.

2. Acquisition approach : the purchase of new sports equipment and the integration of a new
line of creation in sports clothing for motorcyclists. Expanding the company and selling it in as
many centers would bring much higher sales.

3. Marketing approach : concentrate on developing the selling source of income by selling

deals to develop the brand with new fashion accessories.

4. Distribution approach: opening a marketplace in the online environment with HD images and
with the possibility to buy from a longer distance. The shipment will have to be quick and the
products will reach customers in the best condition and exactly as in the pictures on the
internet.

I'm glad you're here with everyone here, I'd like to introduce you new ideas for the
company's innovation.

I would like to start by thanking colleagues for the devotion and loyalty to the firm. First
of all, we would like to enter into a partnership with a company outside of the country to
produce new accessories.

I confess that I am really excited about this new proposal within our company because
we need new partners and sales improvement And this is the best option. As you can see in the
project provided in the following screenshots, it's safe and lasting. we like to believe that our
products will pass more customers with an average age of 35 years I'm waiting for your ideas
until next week and the best will be awarded.

See you at the next meeting of the members.

Hello Mr Jeffrey Bluestein,

I have noticed that you have some problems with selling the products and I
would like to confess that they are a little out of date and we need to modernize
ourselves for the younger audience. One of the ideas that can help you is that
today's young people are buying more from the online environment, so you know
that the emphasis should be on promoting products by integrating them into sites
such as Alibaba or AliExpress.

The government should give investors a bigger say in executive pay in the biggest companies,
directors have urged.

The Institute of Directors said that if 30% of investors oppose a directors’ remuneration report
at an annual meeting, the company should have another look at its pay policy and allow
shareholders a second vote.

The IoD said that despite some high profile rebellions in recent years , executive pay is still
usually waved through at annual shareholder meetings.

The next government should take action to force stock market listed firms to give shareholders
a second vote if a significant minority rejected a pay report, said the IoD.

When I was a child I never seriously thought about my future career. I

wanted to be a batman. As a small child I dreamt of being a real superhero.

Then I started to attend Basic School and all my dreams changed. Finishing
school is the beginning of the independent life for millions of school leavers.
Many roads are open to them: technical schools, institutes and universities. But it
is not an easy thing to choose a profession out of more than 2000 existing
professions in the world. Some pupils follow the advice of their parents, others
can't decide even after leaving school.I was interested in many things, like
mathematics, I was practising sports, I was quite good at gymnastics. Later I went
to Secondary School. During my studies I began to think about my future career
more seriously. I began to think what I would really like to do and the answer is
economist . The perfect job .

brough in by outsiders are a health risk, local fishing industry would be endangered by possible
pollution, social change with communities being replaced by outside workers, long term
disruption of the region by other new industries ,erosion of the soil around the pipeline route

Task 4:

Camisea project have a good impact to the majority of the countries and should

strategy applied in the others zones. Whoever controls the project should promote
this way of doing good things with low costs, as well as the representation in the

the projects running within this organization can also become an example for
ordinary people.

In my opinion, the greatest improvement brought to the project would be to

promote people in the online environment that bring new investments and new
innovations to a better life. the only problem we have detected is the funds with
which this particular evolution can be reached. one solution would be to allocate
from the budget of each country's parliamentarians 2% to these organizations
that will have open centers in as many areas as possible. the most desirable
mission and the maximum touch point of the project is to mobilize the world to
become better.

Clothes (Zara)- Zara stores have men's and women's clothing, as well as children's clothing (Zara
Kids). Zara's products are supplied based on consumer trends. Its highly responsive supply chain
ships new products to stores twice a week. After products are designed, they take ten to fifteen
days to reach the stores. All of the clothing is processed through the distribution center in
Spain. Zara introduced the use of RFID technology in its stores in 2014. The RFID chips are
located in the security tags which are removed from clothing when it is purchased and can be
reused. The chip allows the company to quickly take inventory by detecting radio signals from
the RFID tags. When an item is sold, the stockroom is immediately notified so that the item can
be replaced.

Price – Clothes with a longer shelf life, such as basic T-shirts, are outsourced to low-cost
suppliers, mainly in Asia.

Promotion – Zara has a range of basic designs that are carried over from year to year, but some
fashion forward designs can stay on the shelves less than four weeks, which encourages Zara
fans to make repeat visits. An average high-street store in Spain expects customers to visit
three times a year. That goes up to 17 times for Zara. As a result of increasing competitive
pressures from the online shopping market, Zara is shifting its focus onto online as well, and will
consequently open fewer but larger stores in the future.

Place -Most of the products Zara sells are manufactured in proximity countries like Spain,
Portugal, Turkey and Morocco.[6][42] While some competitors outsource all production to Asia,
Zara manufactures its most fashionable items—half of all its merchandise—at a dozen
company-owned factories in Spain and Portugal and Turkey, particularly in Galicia and northern
Portugal and Turkey.

Task 2:

Brand name : Juice sens

Brand stategy: Today, the “juice” image is critical to driving brand celebrity.
Attract teens. Good quality. High promoting on online.

Task 3:
While fragrance may be considered as one of the key marketing tools, it appears that
traditional sensory research and market research techniques do not adequately provide the
insights needed to uncover the ways a particular fragrance connects to individual consumer
emotions and memory. The name and bottle design are important elements of perfume
marketing. This is why perfumes branded with the names of designers and celebrities sell so
well. The bottle should also have an iconic look. If scent alone is enough to entice customers,
most perfumes would be sold in simple, utilitarian glass bottles. Juice sens have exotic and
flowers fragrance. The internet presents myriad options for promoting a new fragrance to
consumers. Tap into the captive audiences of online influencers on YouTube, Instagram and
Facebook by providing a promotional bottle the influencer can review or feature in an image or
video. Target ads to perfume enthusiasts through the major social media sites and use a display
ad network to advertise on major websites frequented by your target

The world’s most iconic fragrances happen to be as famous for their name as for how they
smell.

Write it up
The process for developing a brand’s “scent” requires equal parts strategy and instinct. The first
step is always to ask the client for pure inspiration which can be anything from actual fragrance
benchmarks to completely esoteric references. For many so-called prestige fragrances, the rare
ingredients they use can be incredibly costly and, combined with bottle development and
marketing, can make launching a new fragrance a major corporate investment in an already
crowded playing field. Emphasize the notes in your fragrance that promote positive feelings in
people, and combine these with original scent combinations that will make consumers curious
about your product. It's important to implement the right marketing strategies to attract
people to your product. The fragrance a person chooses to wear is a direct reflection of the
individual's style and preference. A solid marketing plan can successfully convince consumers
that your product is just right for them. Limited perfume releases also make your product
appear refined and sophisticated and give the impression that you've created a classic scent
that will stand the test of time.
