Good Morning Ladies and Gentlemen,

The honorable dean of Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, Dr. dr. I Ketut Suyasa, Sp.B,
Sp.OT, (K-Spine) or the representative,

The Director of Sanglah General Hospital, dr. I Wayan Sedana, M.Kes or the representative,

With our due respect to all of the head of department and study programs around Sanglah Hospital,

With our due respect to Study Program Coordinator of Ophthalmology Department at Sanglah
hospital, Dr. dr. A.A. Mas Putrawati Triningrat, Sp.M (K),

Our honorable professor, Ms. Prof. dr. Ni Ketut Niti Susila, Sp.M (K),

With our due respect to our guest speaker, Prof. Satoshi Kashii, MD, PhD,

And all the staff members and the participants in this symposium.

Firstly, we would like to share our grateful to the God, because of His blessing so we can gather
on this special event at the Symposium and Workshop “Ocular Movement and Its Disorders”.

It is a pleasure for us to welcome Prof. Satoshi Kashii, Md., PhD this time in Bali. We are very
grateful to you, Prof. Satoshi Kashii, MD., PhD. for taking time off from your busy schedule to
attend this special symposium and workshop.

On this Symposium and Workshop, Prof. Satoshi Kashii, MD, PhD will let us know about the
lastest update in Ocular Movement Disorders. As we know ocular movement and its disorders
have always need specific attention because of their difficult cases in pediatric ophthalmology and
strabismus division. We believe by being knowledgeable and up to date with lastest information,
we can resolve this specific issue to a better health condition.
As for our expectations by organized this event, the participants can achieve the good explanation
of their patients condition based on their updated knowledge and skill, especially in the ocular
movement and pediatric ophthalmology. We hope by this event, the participants also can be more
effectively on cases treatment and management.
