Starbucks, Oxford, Alabama March 2016 – Current As a Shift Supervisor for Starbucks, my responsibilities included running store operations during shifts, supervising employees, delegating responsibilities, and developing positive relationships with my partners and customers. One of my biggest accomplishments has been the reorganization of our store’s counts and pulls, as well as training more people on all roles of the store to develop everyone. I have worked to make my store run more effectively and efficiently.

I am also a member and the treasurer of Kappa Mu Epsilon which is Jacksonville State’s National Math Honor Society.
Communication I am an effective communicator, and always work to tactfully
handle situations that arise with perspective to all sides. As a Shift supervisor, I must coach partners to develop and train them, and I must work out any issues with customers as well as help them find options that work for them. In this role, I am trained to work and communicate efficiently and tactfully under stress.
