To mix the plaster, charge a mechanical mixer with 3.5 –
3.75 litres of water per 25 kg bag of product and slowly add
the Renderoc MPR. Mixing shall continue for a minimum
period of 3 minutes or any such longer period as required.

feed may be employed.

Description
Renderoc MPR is a pre-mixed sand/cement plaster material
which incorporates blended cements, lime, graded sands,
performance enhancing additives with shrinkage control
products.
Specification
Where shown on the contract documents, the plaster shall be
Renderoc MPR supplied by Fosroc. The cured product shall
have a crack free, water resistant and highly durable
properties.
Properties
When mixed, Renderoc MPR may be applied to the
substrate either by pump or trowel as appropriate at a
thickness range of 4 - 8mm in single application. Renderoc
MPR may be finished using all conventional plastering tools
and finishing techniques.
Curing
Renderoc MPR, in common with all cementitious products,
should be cured immediately on completion of application
using wet curing techniques. The applied plaster has to be
sprayed by clean water every 12 hours for 2 to 3 days
according to ambient conditions.
Cleaning
All tools and equipment shall be cleaned immediately after
use with water.

Renderoc MPR should not be applied when the
temperature is below 5oC or above 50oC.
To prevent desiccation when applying thin sections in mid-
summer it is recommended that such applications should be
shaded.
