WHO: Anyone wishing to support the John R. Guerra Scholarship
Fund.
WHERE: High Point Golf Club Montague, NJ
WHEN: Saturday May 4, 2019. 1:00pm shotgun start
COST: $100.00 per person- Fee includes golf, lunch, prizes, & dinner.
Make checks payable to: Florida Booster Club.
All proceeds will go to John’s scholarship fund. Outing will be capped at the first 100 golfers
registered and paid.

PRIZES: First, Second, Third Place, Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin,
Door Prizes, 50-50 Raffle, Auction Items
