Stap 1 – Basisontwerp
1.1 - Context
“The module test is designed to test the
basic knowledge on the topic of performance management and the fields of knowledge related
to this theme in this module” (Dijkman & Feenstra, 2016).

Indicator 1:
The student places issues related to performance management in a broader theoretical
framework and analyses the relationships between the various knowledge areas.
I. The student demonstrates the function and operation of the performance
measurement framework “the balanced scorecard”;
II. The student demonstrates how to measure and manage customer relationships;
III. The student demonstrates how to measure and manage internal business
process performance;
IV. The student demonstrates how to measure and manage learning and innovation
performance;
V. The student demonstrates how to measure and manage financial performance;
7
toegevoegd in bijlage 4.
Zoals in

uitpakte.

Bijlage 2 – Rubrics
Instead of a former knowledge exam with true/false questions, this year a take-home
exam is introduced. Students will receive an exam on blackboard in the second week of the
module. Students can fill in this exam at home, or wherever they want. It is possible to
collaborate with other students. However, the student should describe this exam in their own
words. On Wednesday week 5, the exam should be handed in on Blackboard.
The take home exam is designed to test the understanding on the topic of performance
management and the fields of knowledge related to this theme in this module. The following
literature can help to answer the questions.
