not been given our Summons page but were verbally told the case number, and

We have not been given our Summons page, nor the instructions required to
commence our lawsuit. Unfortunately, we’ve made claims against several of your

colleagues, as well as attorney, to include but not limit fraud, dereliction of their
duty, to uphold and administer justice. We hope that this has not been or is
becoming another continuation of the same, by allowing our Show Cause to remain
unanswered and leaving us without recourse. We are requesting a stay of the
removal of our property and personal items, pending the outcome of our lawsuit or
until such time as all parties can be joined and an oral argument can be held.

Please be advised that upon the filing of our Complaint, we presented to this court a
Private Bond for Set Off, which is unlimited, along with bond instruction bearing
Bond No.: RE 783 636 834 US, which can be used as a set-off account against any
bills, taxes or claims, which have already been “accepted” with “full faith and credit
pursuant to 5 USC 301: 28 USC 1733 et seq.; 8 USC 1443(f): RULE 44 Federal Rules
of Civil Procedure [19001479] deposited and accepted by Defendant Mnuchin and
endorsed by Plaintiff Pamela Taylor, beneficiary of Pamela Taylor Family Trust.

The nature of this case addresses this and other issues and we ask to be given a fair
opportunity to present our case.

Furthermore, be advised that the OSC was submitted Ex-Parte and not as part
of the overall lawsuit. In any event, we require your immediate assistance
because our home and the contents thereof are being removed TODAY at
11AM, by Defendant Michael Ficchi.

We beg your immediate assistance in this matter.
